Our Story

Akron Rescue Cats was founded by a passionate group of cat lovers with a shared vision: to rescue and rehabilitate cats that have been given up on by society. We specialize in helping the most vulnerable feline cases – from senior cats and those with special needs to feral and fearful cats who have been neglected or mistreated. Many of the cats we care for have faced immense hardships, leaving them with physical or emotional scars. At Akron Rescue Cats, we offer them a chance to heal, grow, and find a home where they are loved and valued.

What We Do
